The new location in the industrial area of Komenda, Slovenia, for the company REAM d.o.o., a specialist in air conditioning, ventilation and mechanical installations, is clad with sandwich wall panels and mineral wool panels from
ArcelorMittal Construction Austria. The building was constructed in accordance with ECO FUND requirements and combines a warehouse, modern showroom, test centre and offices.

Ondatherm® 2003 sandwich panels with a PIR core in combination with Pflaum® FEI mineral wool panels in the colour 9007 were used to design the innovative building envelope of REAM d.o.o. The
Ondatherm® 2003 sandwich panels offer constant climate control and optimum thermal insulation as well as maximum stability and load-bearing capacity. The concealed fixing of the sandwich panels enables a seamless façade design.
The
Pflaum® FEI mineral wool panel also combines the best insulation performance with invisible fixing. The mineral wool fibres inside the panel guarantee both durability and efficiency, both in terms of insulation and fire protection. The project was realised by
